I wanted my wearable data to live in my own database instead of being rented back to me through an app. So over a few weeks it turned into a small pipeline: Pixel Watch → the Google Health API → VictoriaMetrics on my Unraid box → Grafana, and now a two-line briefing that a cron pushes to Telegram at 11:00 and 22:00.
